General Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of www.chefland.ch and orders placed with 4.0 Sagl (Chefland). Offers are non-binding until we confirm your order; all prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT. Payment is accepted by PayPal, card and TWINT (subject to availability). Deliveries are made by Swiss Post to Switzerland and Liechtenstein (alcohol: Switzerland only); alcohol is sold only to adults (18+) and delivered against signature. Refunds and replacements are available if your order arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete or spoilt — food and alcohol cannot be returned for change of mind. Swiss law governs these terms.
